Weaving Method:
We produce wire cloth in all kinds of forms. The weaving is determined according to our customers' specific requirements, such as the material, the wire diameter, the size of the mesh, width and length. |
| |
Plain weave: This is the most commonly used weave. Each warp wire crosses alternately above and below each weft wire. Warp and weft wires generally have the same diameter. |
| |
Plain Dutch weave: Woven as a plain weave, but with the warp wires of greater diameter than the weft wires. The weft wires are very close together so that a so-called zero-mesh structure is formed; while the warp wires are thicker and arranged wider apart. |
| |
Twill weave: Each weft wire passes alternately over two, and then under two successive warp wires and each warp wire passes alternately over two and under two successive weft wires. It is possible to be used to allow a heavier than standard wire diameter. |
| |
Twill Dutch weave: "Twill" indicates the warp and weft wires pass alternately above two and below two wires. "Dutch" refers to the use of a heavier warp wire diameter in conjunction with a lighter weft wire diameter. This weave shows a combination of twill and dutch weave. |
